Delivery Coverage
We deliver to all 50 states in the continental United States, plus select areas in Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico (additional fees and lead time may apply). International shipping is not currently available—please contact us for special requests.

Delivery Options & Timing
- Same-Day Delivery: Available in most major cities and metro areas (including Los Angeles and surrounding areas). Order by 2:00 PM in the recipient's local time zone (earlier cutoff during holidays or peak periods like Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, etc.).
- Next-Day Delivery: Standard for most locations nationwide.
- Specific Time Requests: We do our best to accommodate morning, afternoon, or evening windows, but we cannot guarantee exact delivery times due to traffic, weather, and florist schedules.
Delivery attempts are made Monday through Saturday. Sunday and major holiday deliveries may be limited or unavailable—check at checkout.

Shipping & Delivery Fees
Fees vary by location, order size, delivery speed, and date:
- Local/metro area same-day: Starting at $19.99 (often higher in remote suburbs or during holidays).
- Nationwide next-day: $19.99 – $39.99+ depending on distance and service.
- Alaska/Hawaii/Puerto Rico: Higher rates apply (calculated at checkout).
Exact fees are shown at checkout before you pay. No hidden surcharges—taxes and service fees included where applicable.

Freshness Guarantee
All flowers are sourced fresh and hand-arranged by local florists or shipped overnight in bud form (to ensure maximum vase life). We guarantee your flowers will arrive fresh and beautiful. If not, contact us immediately (see below).

Substitutions
Due to seasonality, weather, or market availability, we may substitute flowers or containers of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall look, color, and style of your arrangement. We will never downgrade quality.

Recipient Availability
If the recipient is not home, we may leave the order in a safe location (porch, with neighbor, etc.) if instructed or if it's standard practice. For hospitals/offices, please provide specific instructions. Redelivery may incur extra fees if no one is available.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Fresh flowers, plants, and perishable gifts are non-returnable once delivered due to their nature. However, your satisfaction is our priority.

No Returns for Completed Deliveries
Once the order is successfully delivered and accepted, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds.

Issues Eligible for Resolution
We will review and resolve the following within a reasonable timeframe:
1. Wrong product delivered (significantly different from ordered).
2. Major quality issues (e.g., severely wilted, damaged, or dead on arrival—must report with clear photos within 24 hours of delivery).
3. Non-delivery (order not attempted or falsely marked delivered).

- Redelivery of a replacement arrangement (preferred—same or next day where possible).

Order Cancellation
- Before preparation/processing: Full refund.
- After preparation or same-day cutoff: No refund or partial (deducting arrangement + delivery fees).
- Same-day orders: Very limited cancellation (usually within 30 minutes of order placement).
